When a withdrawal request is made, WEMIX is minted as NFTs and kept in storage for 7 days. After this period, the NFTs are burned, and the corresponding WEMIX are then released as part of the withdrawal process. In the future, during the withdrawal waiting period, users can use the respective NFTs to deduct specific fees from the corresponding WEMIX and receive payments. This feature will be further expanded into the realm of NFTFi, allowing users to acquire fees by providing liquidity for these withdrawals. Recently, an error was discovered when such NFTs were transferred to different wallet addresses. After the waiting period, WEMIX was paid to the wallet that originally generated the NFT, instead of the wallet holding the NFT at the time of withdrawal. Our team promptly addressed and fixed this issue, which was related to the website and not the contract. Prior to the error correction, two cases of overpayment due to this issue were reported and confirmed, totaling approximately 79,200 WEMIX in compensation.
